We will work together with you on organising this day to be as perfect as it is in your mind. From hotel
arrangements, transport and tour bookings to the details of your entire wedding, including ceremony and reception,
we are happy to be in charge of it. And of course if you'd like to take your honeymoon in Costa Rica - may it be
volcano, jungle, cloud forest or another exotic beach - it is all possible.
Are you not planning on getting married? Or are you already married? No problem, we can also organise any
other type of event you may plan for you and your family. Special dinners, birthday parties, anniversary celebrations,
business workshops - just let us know and it will be a pleasure to help you with the organisation of it.

I contacted Gecko Trail Adventures, to help me plan not only our trip to Costa Rica but to help me plan the wedding we never had. Maythe & Nina pulled it all together! From hotel reservation to a cake for our ceremony, they planned it all! Maythe found a photographer, bakery, champagne, officiant and flowers. All I had to provide was me and my husband! Our cake was from a local bakery, Bread and Chocolate, our flowers were from the gardens of hour hotel, the Banana Azul. The location was perfect under the almond trees on the beach =) We couldn't have asked for more! The rest our vacation was just as wonderful! All of the activities we planned, flowed nicely. We had enough time to enjoy the area itself and everything Costa Rica has to offer without being extremely overwheled! We didn't want to leave!!! I would recommend Gecko Trail Adventures to everyone!
The staff at Gecko Trails, especially Nina, were truly a gift from God. My wife and I were planning our wedding in Puerto Viejo from the United States, so, as you can imagine, there were countless issues regarding transportation for ourselves and our guests, not to mention the task of organizing our rehearsal meal and multiple excursions.
